Your information is used to provide Platform services and presale functionality, verify your identity through KYC/AML compliance, send transactional notifications (presale updates, token claims, refunds), improve Platform performance and user experience, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. KYC Data Processing
KYC verification is handled by our third-party provider (Sumsub). We do not directly store your identity documents. KYC status (verified/pending/rejected) is stored in our systems. Please refer to our KYC provider's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
4. Blockchain Data
Wallet addresses and transaction data on the Solana blockchain are publicly visible. This is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be modified or deleted. We do not control or manage on-chain data once transactions are confirmed.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with KYC verification providers (as required for identity verification), law enforcement (when required by applicable law), and service providers (email, hosting) bound by data processing agreements.
